| The Maryland Northern Region Crime Scene Search Team (NRCSST) was first started back in 1998. We are a non-profit organization. Our funding for training and equipment comes from tax deductible donations. The Maryland Northern Region Crime Scene and Search & Rescue Team volunteer time to events at local establishments The members of the NRCSST are all volunteers. Our team is made up of fine men and women who put their own needs aside to assist with helping our Maryland community. We work out of the North East Maryland State Police Barracks in North East Maryland. Our volunteer team is used to make thorough searches at crime scenes, to locate evidence that can assist the police in the investigation and prosecution of the cases. The other function of the Maryland Northern Region Crime Scene Search team is to help locate missing persons. |
